IKEA is a multinational furniture manufacturer that also offers a variety of inclusive benefits for their employees. They have an extensive LGBTQ-inclusive health care program, and their employees can celebrate International Day Against Homophobia and Biphobia each year. In addition, they are a member of the Workplace Pride Foundation, which has a wide network of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender-friendly companies that share similar values and ethics.

As one of the largest commercial vehicle manufacturers in the world, Daimler demonstrates its commitment to ensuring that all of its employees have a safe and enjoyable work environment. They sponsor LGBTQ-friendly events worldwide, and they also encourage employees to be open about their sexual orientation. Despite some discriminatory legislation in North Carolina, they have stood by their commitment to ensuring a welcoming workplace. Their LGBTQ-friendly initiatives include a multi-tiered training program for their employees, as well as several employee resource groups (ERGs) that facilitate conversations on matters of LGBTQ-friendliness and gender.
